Maplelea Girls, Part One.

About Maplelea Girls

In 2003, Avonlea (pronounced Avon-lee, like Maple-lee) created the Maplelea Girls, a doll line to get Canadian girls to learn more about their country. Each character lives in a different part of Canada.
The dolls come with a full outfit and a notebook.
They cost $99.99 CAD, but $77.14 USD

What are “Generation Stamps?”

All Maplelea Dolls have a stamp on the backs of their necks which read something like:
    CG   or: CG
 2008-1          2003-1
 2016-6
CG stands for Canadian Girl. LeĆ³nie came out in 2008, so that was her first generation, so 2008, 1st gen. I'm not exactly sure how long a certain generation is around, I think it's about 1-2 years.

If you have, say, a Taryn with the second stamp, it means you have a first Taryn!

Also, the first date/gen is indented into the dolls neck, while the second one is printed on.
